Cancellation by Herlyf<\/h2><p>We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:<br \/>\u2023 The product is out of stock.<br \/>\u2023 Incomplete or incorrect delivery address.<br \/>\u2023 Payment issues or fraudulent transactions.<br \/>\u2023 Unforeseen logistical challenges.<\/p><p>In such cases, we will notify you immediately and initiate a full refund for prepaid orders.<\/p><h2>3. Refund for Cancelled Orders<\/h2><p><strong>Pre-dispatch Cancellations:<\/strong>\u00a0If you cancel an order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed for prepaid order within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.<br \/><strong>Post-dispatch Cancellations:<\/strong>\u00a0Cancellations after shipping are not eligible for a refund for prepaid\/partially paid orders.<\/p><h2>4.
